The operation couldn’t be easier; drill the pilot hole in the new panel (5/16″ HSS drill bit included), then choose the correct combination of die and cutter punch from the set (ten hole sizes available). Assemble with the die behind the panel and the cutter punch on the outer face then tighten the nut on the force screw with a 12mm socket and within seconds the hole is cut, leaving a clean finished edge on the outer surface of the panel.
Up to 5 mm plastic can be cut and the following hole sizes are accommodated in the set: 32, 26.7, 26, 24, 22.5, 20, 19, 18.2, 18, and 17mm
DO NOT USE AIR TOOLS OR YOU WILL STRIP THE THREAD.
