The SATA X-Nozzle System

When painting with modern paint systems, a wide range of nozzles offers more choice for the user, so that he can achieve the desired painting result faster and easier. The new SATAjet X 5500 with the new X-nozzle system and optimized air distribution extends the existing possibilities. The right nozzle can be used depending on the properties of the coating system to be processed, the working habit of the painter or the requirements of climatic conditions.
For the HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) as well as for the RP technology (Reduced Pressure), the sprayer can choose between two spray shapes per nozzle size. In addition, the SATAjet X 5500 is available with or without integrated pressure measuring device (digital pistols / standard pistols). The design of the gun body was developed together with the Porsche Design Studio.
